FAIRYTALE PHYSICAL THERAPY IN THE NEWS: THE MAGIC CONTINUES

Posted by vanessa on July 5, 2017

While the DPT Class of 2018 is busy doing their clinical rotations, they have kept Fairytale Physical Therapy (FTPT) in the spotlight. This student project brings live, abbreviated versions of popular Disney animated films, performed with a physical therapy slant, to hospitals. Jenna Kantor and Katie Schmitt, the project's founders, wrote this article, which appears in APTA's blog for PT and PTA students, "The Pulse". Read it here.

The students hope to bring new productions of "Beauty and the Beast" and "Aladdin" to Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical Center/NYP in the fall.
