Job Responsibilities • Reviews Physician’s prescription and patient’s condition and medical records to determine plan of care. • Performs all functions associated with the evaluation and execution of treatment for patients. • Instructs, motivates, and assists patient to perform various physical activities. • Effectively utilizes PTAs, aides and other support staff as appropriate. • Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatments to achieve maximum benefit. • Provides the highest level of care and individual treatment for all patients. • Completes evaluations and documentation required in an effective and in a timely manner.
