DR. ASHWINI RAO RECEIVES ISP PILOT AWARD FROM IRVING INSTITUTE

The Program in Physical Therapy is pleased to announce that faculty member Dr. Ashwini Rao, OTR/L, EdD   received an Integrating Special Populations (ISP) Pilot Award from the Irving Institute for Translational Research. The ISP Pilot Award program provides funding to support the study of diseases across the lifespan and utilization of rare diseases as tools to study more common ones.

Dr. Rao’s grant is entitled “Factors underlying higher-energy expenditure and weight loss in Huntington’s Disease.”
